2. Sewage from Printry Industry

3. Sewage from recycle plastic
These type of sewage produce during the process of recycling plastic material,(i.e. plastic bottle, plastic film) because these plastic contain complex ingredient, rich in carbohydrate, and carbohydrate fermentation produces fatty acid and so on, cause the complexity of these sewage treatment. Because this kind of sewage had high density, if the first process not turns well, it might again repeat the same process, the step of technical process is consistence: adjust to PH value > give does of medication > increase flocculent > flocculant precipitate > revise the PH value > settlement subsidence > filtration. First process diminish thick pollutant, second process reduce small impurity substance. Emission standard can be achieved after the two processes.
4. Sewage from galvanization
The galvanization sewage disposal has been a difficult topic, major cooperation divided pond for omission processing but for medium & small enterprise mixed processing is greatly difficult. 5. Metal cleaning agent sewage disposal
Sewage characteristic: Greasy dirt from washing metal, rust, strong acidity, minor chromaticity, people not taken too seriously, hard to be seen and impact the environment greatly.
Determine the PH value 2 C 6 as strong acid, adjust the PH value, produces the complex compound under the acidic condition, no color appears, after alkalizing, the complex compound lost balance with dark color, PH between 6 C 9, then add medicine dose in process, wait for 2 C 3 minutes, join the flocculant, re-examine the PH value, the PH value past 4, revise immediately the global code PH value 6 -9, supplement the right amount of flocculant, stop agitation, because the impurity is small, after the medication process, the subsidence process can be seen slowly, but the COD content is still high, the filtration craft process must be slow, if too fast may carry off the small impurity and this is not the best effect. Finally carry on with the filtration, squeezes again may remove these impurities, after filtration, these water is perfectly clear for reuse or emission
6. Cow leather sewage
Cow leather processing industry is very common in Guangdong, pollution level is high, National Environment Protection Bureau treated this issue quite seriously. Fatty acid within these sewage and coloring principle is very heavy, thus causes high density in these sewage.
Determine the PH value first, its PH value is 5.0, the meta Cacid, 6.0 may give dose of medicine, wait for 3 minutes then add flocculant to before the PH value to 6.0 C 9.0, to speed up the process add some salts, but the guarantee the PH value in 6.0 C 9.0 stop the agitation, settlement subsidence , water and small impurity divided into 2/3 after dregs, the water content elevate, but the impurity remain high, upper formation is the clear water, basic these sewage can be release for emission, after filtration these water remain limpid, if pigment cannot take off, repeat the process above.
7. Rinse sewage
This kind of sewage produces in the garment making industry, and garment cleaning industry, these sewage characteristic: COD and chromaticity is high, the alkalinity. It is a common profession in the Pearl River Delta area, and this type of sewage is very common. How to reduce the COD, chromaticity and alkalinity to acceptable level is a difficult problem, lower the COD is not difficult, but the hardest part is the chromaticity. Many attempts to process this sewage, but its chromaticity remain high, emission this sewage directly pollute the environment greatly. One of our company products the highly effective purifying agent may solve this problem, moreover is shows good result in decolonization.
While process this sewage, firstly reduce alkalinity, as its level is high, determines the PH value, read of 11.7 alkalinity, add acid to adjust PH to 8.0 (actual production process is automatic control, does not require repeated adjustment like it is in the experiment), add our polymerization purifying agent (actual production it compose of a medicine dose) as these dose of medicament meta-acid, must therefore revise the PH value to 6 C 9 (color of these water will be deepen during the process, pollutant polymerization), wait for 1 C 2 minutes, than add flocculant (Most of the factories omission these sewage in the Pearl River Delta region, unable to process these sewage correctly, and our products able to assist most of these factories into the matter) stop agitation after 1 minute, wait for the flocculant to settle itself, (around 98 C 99% chromaticity eliminated, effective decolorization, enable to have sufficient settling time. As the textile density is very small, their rate of descent is slow in water. There is enough time for subsidence during our experiment, moreover the dirt bed is high, therefore the density of the sewage is also high, to solve the COD after processing only require a simple filtration, otherwise the chromaticity already achieve the national first-level emission standard.
Finally continues with the filtration, as the impurity pollutant is high, but the water is quite limpid. Our polymerization purifying agent is the latest sewage processing material, its advantage is efficient, short reaction time. Our Medication can be adjust according to the density while emission, in order to save cost.
8. Electrical plate & circuits board sewage disposal
Sewage characteristic: sewage appears to be clear, high in heavy metal, our experiment sewage had 300mg/L of heavy metal, as this sewage appears to be pure water, it cause great damage to environment once it is emission. One of our product specific dealing with this type of sewage.
Determine its PH value first, PH reading is 4.0 Add alkali to adjust the PH value to 8 C 9 (other medication adjust to 10 C 11, doing so will increase the use of Sodium hydroxide or addition alkaline, thus increase cost) water will be darken after adding alkali, PH value around 9.0 can dose or product, wait for 10 C 15 minutes, to be more efficient, add little Iron salt material during the reaction process after the reaction process add flocculant, stop agitation after 2 C 3 minute, subsidence settle and pollutant subside branch out the clear water, reuse or emission able after filtration.
9. Paper mill sewage
Paper making industry used large amount of water, convention ways of processing in biochemistry or aeration means. This processing time is very long and our products able to recycle these water quickly to save cost.
In actual process, we supply medical powder. For this experiment we throw in medicine, wait for 2 -3 minutes, aeration occurs in real situation, this widen the contact area, reduce reaction time, then add flocculant. (tret adjustment is base of the sewage density. Paper mill sewage had high density, COD can achieve as high as 2000mg/L, it therefore require large amount of medication to process, some factories lower the COD at two different stages. After this process, lets the subsidence settle, filter after several minutes of subsides. (Our products able to lower the COD, and adjust the PH value, and separate out the fiber). To achieve the best result, in the shortest time and the lowest cost, the end-user can adjust the dose of medication base of the quantity and density of the sewage. After filter, the color of the processed sewage is much clear than the beginning, the COD reading is about 50 - 60 mg/L, achieve national emission standard.
10. High density liquefy shampoo
Characteristic: High COD, alkali, difficult to process, high cost
Process this sewage first adjusts the PH value, add medication: till the PH value to 8.0 C 9.0. Add our high effective purifying agent, wait for 2 minutes, add little flocculant, the pollutant and color separate quickly; it is not hard to lower the COD within these sewage, the most difficult part is to control the chromaticity. The chromaticity causes by reactive dyes, dyes is sensitive to any medication, hard to control the greatest result, chromaticity often below standard. After the chemical reaction, it subsides in times with trash re-surface, add some flocculant than filter, after process with our medication: original COD is 1200mg/L, after reading is 50 C 65mg/L, BOD below 60 which achieve the national emission standard. The processed water is pure and clear in comparison with the original blue sewage; this water achieved the recycle standard. The fiber can be seen amount the filter residue, which cannot see from the original sewage.
